We start from scratch, with our in-house architectural team and interior designers working closely together to visualise a space using state of the art 3D models that integrate the latest AV and lighting technology. We work with an extended network of expert consultants, including structural, mechanical and electrical engineers, planning consultants, quantity and party wall surveyors, offering a full architectural solution from concept to completion.
Our Project Management team undertake exhaustive due diligence prior to appointing sub-contractors, source world class artisans and manage programme schedules and costs. They oversee the entire process from the draft stages of the concept design through construction to installation and on-going maintenance. They coordinate and oversee every element of the project; directing the consultant team and supervising the contractors. Most importantly, the Project Managers ensure that each assignment is completed on time and within budget. Site progress reports will be prepared accordingly and issued monthly, providing accurate updates, including an extensive breakdown costs. Our aim is to resolve all frustrations and difficulties on behalf of the client.
Our architecture, interior design and construction project management services are all offered as stand-alone services to clients already undertaking works.
Down to the smallest detail, we consider every fitting, piece of furniture or equipment that will be needed to realise our client’s vision.
We manage and oversee the procurement of all FF&E. Prior to ordering, we create a detailed schedule which shows every single piece of furniture and fabric to be used in the project, for final approval and sign off.
All furniture is installed by an experienced white glove delivery team overseen by us.
When commissioning bespoke or custom-made pieces, we complete an exhaustive process of quality control to guarantee perfection and impeccable levels of finish. Before any piece is delivered to the site, members of the team travel to the manufacturers factory to view them fully assembled. This diligent approach ensures that each piece is faultless when it arrives at its destination.
