Pre-construction phase

Construction phase

Construction is at the heart of our business and we build to the highest standards using our in-house construction expertise which is Director led, assuring our clients direct contact at all times

Contract and site managers are on site daily and work closely with the office-based support team.

We aim to provide total peace of mind that projects are delivered within agreed costs and timescales.

Cost Control

We manage costs throughout the project using our in-house quantity surveying and buying team which together with our established supply chain relationships allows us to ‘better buy’ and ensure the quality of materials and services.
